By enrolling in Jamia Soutulquran, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with our institution and the educational services we provide.
We provide Islamic education including Quran memorization, Arabic studies, Dars-e-Nizami curriculum, and Islamic scholarship. All courses follow traditional Islamic teaching methods with modern educational standards.
Students must provide accurate information, meet age requirements, and agree to follow Islamic principles and institutional rules. Parents/guardians must sign enrollment forms for minor students.
All students must maintain Islamic behavior, respect teachers and fellow students, attend classes regularly, and follow the dress code. Any violation may result in disciplinary action.
Tuition fees are payable monthly or quarterly. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. Additional charges may apply for materials, examinations, or special programs.
We protect student privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Islamic principles. Student information is used only for educational purposes and with appropriate consent.
All course materials, curriculum, and educational content are the intellectual property of Jamia Soutulquran. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Jamia Soutulquran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific educational service.
We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for violation of terms, non-payment of fees, or behavior that disrupts the educational environment. Refunds will be processed according to policy.
Disputes will be resolved through Islamic arbitration principles and mutual agreement. We seek to resolve all conflicts amicably in accordance with Islamic teachings.
